Sales Representative

What will you do? As a sales representative, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the continuing growth of our company. You will be part of our sales team. In your position, you will contact potential new customers, discover new international business opportunities and support your customers. You will provide them with solutions that increase their business outcomes, growth and value creation.

What does that mean in more detail?

  • You will proactively connect with both potential and existing customers to identify how our research solutions can benefit their business development
  • Using your presenting and communication skills, you will introduce our products and services and convince customers’ c-level and senior management of the value we can provide
  • Long-lasting relationships with customers are very important to us. You will build and further develop meaningful connections and you will make sure that customers’ satisfaction is high at all stages of the partnership
  • You will be responsible for the negotiation of new business agreements as well as account retention and account growth
  • Together with your colleagues, you will attend international trade shows and conferences frequently. That gives you the opportunity to discover the newest industry- trends and to source new business opportunities

Who are we looking for?

Education and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing studies or similar
  • At least two years of working experience in a commercial, results-driven environment; experience in the FMCG sector would be a plus

Skills and Mindset

  • An energetic person with a commercial mindset, who can think on their feet and convince people with great presentation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills on all hierarchical levels
  • Excellent English language skills; fluency in another language such as German or French is highly appreciated
  • Problem-solving skills with a hands-on attitude
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis
